Towing capacity is not the only limit
The towing capacity is the most a Sienna is rated to pull. The trailer, the cargo on it, your passengers and the cargo inside the van all have to stay within the vehicle's other weight limits too, and the trailer's tongue weight counts against them.
Toyota.com lists curb weights from 4,610 lb. to 4,725 lb. depending on grade, and seating for seven or eight. The owner's manual for your Sienna has the full set of limits, including tongue weight, so read it before your first trip with a trailer.
