The stars often shine big and bright in Texas, and in our eyes, none is shining brighter than the Toyota Tundra. Why is that? Well, as many know, the rugged and reliable pickup trucks are made in San Antonio, Texas, and the facility recently stopped to celebrate one big milestone, just 10 years after setting up shop there.
A Sunset Bronze Mica 1794 Edition Tundra rolled off the line with the distinction of being the one millionth truck made at the plant. And, just like the other 999,999 before it, it was built with the highest quality materials, finely crafted and designed by well-trained engineers and professionals, and will make those who choose to buy or lease it happy for many miles to come.
To help celebrate, Toyota released a fun fact, stating that if we were to line up all one million Toyota trucks assembled at the plant, it would stretch from the Alamo to Honolulu, Hawaii. That's impressive. Also, the Tundra is distinctly an America truck, as well. Out of all new Toyota vehicles here at Elgin Toyota Scion, it is the only one built, redesigned, and engineered right here in the United States.
If you'd like to learn more about the Tundra or any other model that grabs your attention, stop in and see us today. Here in our Elgin, IL showroom, we'd be happy to answer any questions you might have, provide additional details on vehicles, and when you're ready, arrange a test drive at your convenience.
